Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method up front, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — and if you cancel before then, you are not billed at all.

One portal is one spreadsheet published to one audience. If you serve three separate customer lists from three files, that's three portals. The plan you choose sets how many you can have at once.

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.

Yes. Your subscription runs until the end of the period you've already paid for and then stops renewing. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise — the full detail is in our Refund Policy.

Paddle is our merchant of record. They process the payment, issue the invoice, and handle VAT and sales tax for your country, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

No. Every plan is priced in USD worldwide. Any local tax is calculated by Paddle at checkout and shown before you confirm.
