This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and explains how cancelling and refunds work.
You may cancel at any time. Your subscription then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew. We do not delete your data the moment you cancel — see section 8 of our Terms of Service.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or Israel, nothing in these terms removes your statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Where you ask us to begin providing the service immediately during that period, you may be charged in proportion to what you used before withdrawing. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refund requests are processed through them.

This policy is published in several languages for convenience. In the event of any conflict, the English version governs.
