For community associations, HOAs and small villages

“How much do I owe?”
Every resident can check for themselves.

A private portal for your residents: dues, PDF invoices, announcements from the office and the community phone book — straight from the spreadsheet you already keep. No new software, no typing anything twice.

Sound familiar?

The same questions, every week.

By phone, by email, in the group chat, by the mailboxes. Invoices go out one by one, the printed phone list is out of date before it reaches everyone, and the spreadsheet with everyone's balances gets passed from hand to hand.

  • Did you send me the invoice?
  • Have I paid this quarter yet?
  • What's the number for maintenance?
Live demo

Be a resident for a moment.

Pick a household and see exactly what they see: their charges, their invoices — and nothing of the neighbors'.

You are:
Try: Opening an invoice Switching to “Phone book” Switching household
your-community.eg2.app

In the demo you switch households with a click. In a real portal, each resident signs in with a one-time code sent to their email — and sees only their own.

How it works

Three steps, one evening.

No developer, and nothing you rely on today gets replaced.

01

Connect your charges spreadsheet

The Excel file your office already keeps, or a Google Sheet. Upload the invoice files to a Google Drive folder and put each file's name on its row.

02

Choose what each resident sees

A “Charges” tab where each household sees only its own rows, a “Phone book” tab every resident can see, and the office's announcement on top.

03

Send residents a single link

Each resident opens the link, types their email, gets a one-time code — and sees only what belongs to them.

What your community gets

Fewer calls to the office. More clarity for residents.

Each household sees only its own

No resident sees a neighbor's balance — not even by accident. Rows are filtered by each household's email.

The invoice, one click away

The PDF sits right next to the charge. Nothing to send, look up or “send again”.

Announcements in one place

Annual meeting, autopay, a new rate — everyone sees it, and nothing gets buried in the group chat.

A live phone book, residents only

Edit a row in the spreadsheet and the phone book updates, usually within a minute. One tap to call on a phone. And only people on the resident list can sign in.

Keep working in your spreadsheet

No new system to learn. The office's file stays the source of truth, and the portal updates from it.

No passwords

A one-time code by email, and that's it. No password to forget, no account to create — even residents who aren't comfortable with computers get in.

On any phone, no app

Residents open a link in their browser. Nothing to install, nothing to update.

In your residents' language

English, Spanish, French, Arabic and more — right-to-left included, with your community's logo and colors.

Privacy

Residents' information stays with residents.

  • eg2 gets read-only access to the one file you pick — not the rest of the office's Drive.
  • An invoice opens only for the resident it belongs to — the server checks every time it's opened.
  • The phone book isn't on the open internet: only residents who signed in with a code can see it.

FAQ

What community offices ask us

No. Keep working as you do today and export the charges to a spreadsheet. The portal shows what's in the file.

eg2 doesn't collect money from residents. If your community has a payment page, add a column with the link to the file and it shows up next to every charge.

Each email address is a row in the file. Add a row for each partner, and both see the household's charges.

You can list the email of a family member who helps them. And anyone who truly can't keeps getting an invoice from the office, just like today.

We recommend asking. Anyone who'd rather not appear simply isn't in the sheet — and what isn't in the sheet isn't in the portal.

Setting up the portal itself takes about fifteen minutes. Most of the time goes into tidying the file and uploading the invoices — and you only do that once.

Next quarter can start without a single “how much do I owe?” call.

Connect your community's charges file and see what your residents' portal will look like. Seven days, free.
